The biggest difference I would say, with working with entrepreneurs in the Middle East versus in the US, is the obsession with NDA’s.
One thing I would like to clarify is: your idea is just that, an idea . Value: $0
If someone were to steal that brilliant idea from you? How much did they steal? $0
Can they execute better than you? Oh wait yours is still an idea…
How about reframing:
They steal your idea, they stumble, you watch and learn and that gives you a better starting point , saves you $.
Now you can go to an investor and say: I won’t do what that idiot did, I will do it this way.
The point I would like to have as the key takeaway is:  an idea is nothing without execution.
If someone copies your idea so what, compete on execution.
